Pay Your Rent
For all forms of payment you will need your rent or service charge account number as the payment reference – this is an eight-digit number starting with 800 which is shown on your rent notice letters.
We have a number of ways you can pay:
Bank Transfer
For bank transfers and making cash payments at a bank, the account details you need to pay into are below. Please quote your rent or service charge account number as the payment reference:

Direct Debit
The easiest and most convenient way to pay is by direct debit. We offer payment dates of 1, 8, 15, 25 or 29 of the month. You can arrange to pay by completing the form here
Standing Order
Choose your payment date and frequency. You can choose to make a regular payment from your bank weekly, fortnightly or monthly. For more information download the form here.
Housing Benefit
For more information about paying by Housing Benefit please follow the advice on the CBC Website, or call 01206 282600.
Phone
You can pay over the phone 24/7 using our automated payments line – 01206 282725. You will need your debit/credit card details and your eight-digit payment reference number (starts with ‘800’).
Creating an Online Account
By creating an online account it will help you to access a range of information. When going on line you will be able to:
• View your rent and service charges
• Monitor payments that have been made
• Make a payment
• Set up a Direct Debit
• View your repairs history
• Update us on who is living in your property
When creating an account you will be asked some security questions and to confirm your property reference number. This is an 18 digit number that will be on letters and communications you receive from us. If you don’t know your reference and don’t have a letter with this on then please contact us and we will send you your reference number by email.
