To start the termination administration of tenancy, we require completion of this form.

  • Please attach a copy of the death certificate if you have one. If you do not have it, please continue to complete this form, and provide a copy when available.

  • ANY ARREARS LEFT AFTER THE DEATH OF THE ABOVE TENANT WILL BE CLAIMED FROM THE DECEASED’S ESTATE.
  • If you have any good quality furniture that may be recycled, please see below for charity organisations who will collect furniture free of charge.
  • Place a front door and (where applicable) a communal door key in the key box we will provide by 12pm on the day your tenancy ends. Leave all remaining keys in a drawer in the kitchen. Please let us know when you have done so by calling Customer Services on 01206 282514 or e-mailing us at info@cbhomes.org.uk. You may be charged for a lock change if you do not do this.
