Renting a Garage

Garage renting costs – Cost per month can range from £64 – £105 depending on the area and whether you’re a council tenant or a non-council tenant, once you have been offered and accepted, a tenancy will be set up and you will need to fill in a direct debit form for regular monthly payments, your tenancy should always in credit.
You will also receive 2 weeks rent free if you have a garage tenancy for the duration of a year or more, the rent free weeks are in March and December and are automatically applied each year for current garage tenancies.
