NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of Colchester Borough Homes will be held at the Innovation Centre, Boundary Road, Colchester CO4 3ZQ on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at 5.00pm.
A Colchester Borough Council representative is invited to attend to consider and receive the following:
1. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 25 September 2025.
2. Financial Statements and Directors Report to year ending 31 March 2026
3. Re-appointment of External Auditors to year ending 31 March 2027.
