Colchester Borough Homes has announced the launch of the 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Survey and Leaseholder Satisfaction Survey. This initiative aims to gather valuable feedback from tenants on various aspects of their homes and the services provided.

The survey invites tenants to provide their input on key areas such as the condition of their homes, repair and maintenance services, neighbourhood environment, customer service, communication, and complaint handling. This feedback will help Colchester Borough Homes understand residents’ needs and improve the quality of their services.

Participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten £100 shopping vouchers as a token of appreciation for their involvement.

An independent research company, ARP Research, will distribute the Satisfaction Survey to a randomly selected group of residents. Those who receive a postal survey are encouraged to complete it and return it using the provided pre-paid envelope. Residents who do not receive a postal survey can still participate online at www.cbhomes.org.uk/tenant-satisfaction-measures

This survey is part of an ongoing commitment to listen to tenants and make informed improvements. Colchester City Council and Colchester Borough Homes plan to conduct this survey annually to continuously gather feedback and adapt services to better meet residents’ needs.
