We are installing a new computer system. Here’s what this means for you
To improve your customer experience, we are improving our computer systems. However, this means that there may be some disruption to services available through our contact centre over the next few weeks.
We would like to thank you for your patience; and ask you to only contact us by telephone on 01206 282514 to report emergency repairs and make essential enquiries.
Other enquiries can be made but information available may be limited during this period. You can still request a repair online and raise enquiries using our website: www.cbhomes.org.uk/you-and-your-home
Where planned repairs and improvement works are already scheduled, we will still be attending to complete these works.
Please note that emergency repairs include:
- No power or hot water
- Serious water leak causing damage to property
- Fire damage
- Other critical emergency work – we will ask more questions when you contact us
As restrictions to reduce the spread of Covid-19 continue, please do inform us if a member of your household has Covid-19 symptoms or are isolating. If we need to visit you, we will work safely, following guidance.
