New Chief Executive joins Colchester Borough Homes to deliver exciting and ambitious strategic plan
Colchester Borough Homes is excited to welcome Philip Sullivan to the team as the new Chief Executive.
Philip, previously Chief Executive of Tower Hamlets Community Housing, brings a wealth of skills and knowledge with 20 years’ experience in housing to the role.
He will be leading a highly motivated team of staff who provide a range of essential services including buildings maintenance, tenancy management, community engagement and the council’s housing options service, which supports people who are homeless or rough sleeping.

Colchester Borough Homes has been part of the Colchester community since 2003 and provides management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings in the local area, including the Council’s housing stock.
