June’s Resident Voice
We were delighted to see so many of our tenants and leaseholders attend our Resident Voice meeting in June. As usual, we had a friendly chat about the services we provide and listened to everyone’s thoughts on how we’re doing.
We discussed how we could engage with more of our tenants and leaseholders, allowing us to understand your views and provide you with the best support available. Suggested ways include developing our website and reintroducing more face-to-face meetings now covid restrictions have eased. We also reminded attendees of the QAA and SQAA annual conferences which bring tenants together and provides a great opportunity to engage with us and each other.
Attendees also discussed and made recommendations on the housing bidding process, looked at what support is available as we move through the pandemic and what support is needed to those who require suitable housing.
We also talked about the latest STAR survey, explaining how tenants and leaseholders can take part and why sharing their views through this survey can make a huge difference in how we operate in the future.
Remember if there’s anything the CBH board need to know, please make Lorna, Nicola or Paula aware. It is important we know what your experience with CBH is like so we can share with the board. If you would like to address the board, please let us know and we can arrange this. The board is passionate about hearing the residents’ voice.
