Do you know a neighbour who goes the extra mile for your community? Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is looking for everyday heroes for our Good Neighbour Awards 2025 Whether they’re always lending a hand, caring for others, or bringing joy to the neighbourhood — we want to hear about them!

- Community Champion – For individuals or groups making a big difference locally.
- Older Persons Champion – Over-60s who go above and beyond for others.
- Good Neighbour Award – Always there when needed, from everyday support to tackling anti-social behaviour.
- Younger Persons Champion – Aged 5–18, lifting community spirits in thoughtful ways.
- Home Carer Award – Recognising care and compassion for those supporting vulnerable residents.
- Best Garden Award – From patios to lush green spaces, every garden is welcome!
