Colchester Borough Homes’ repairs service returns to a full service

Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) are pleased to announce that our repairs service and team has resumed a full service.

Throughout the Covid-19 outbreak, the repairs service has been available 24/7 to deliver urgent and emergency repairs. Between March and the end of June, we achieved 100% completion on reported repairs, with over 100 cases each month.

Operatives, works planners and the Colchester Borough Council Customer Services team have worked together to complete and manage the scheduling of more than 700 backlogged repairs, which are expected to be completed by within August.
