Colchester Borough Homes celebrates year of high customer satisfaction
Colchester Borough Homes’ (CBH) Board reflected on the organisation’s achievements at their Annual General Meeting and celebrated the high level of customer satisfaction.
The AGM, which took place virtually this year, celebrated the achievements and hard work during the past financial year from teams across the organisation who go the extra mile to provide great value services that make a difference to individuals and communities.
One of the key highlights raised was the high level of customer satisfaction. At 92%, this exceeded the original target. Other key achievements include 98% of repairs being completed on time and 99% of rent being collected.
Dirk Paterson, Chair of the Board, said: “During my first year on the Board, I’ve seen some incredible work across the organisation which supports this high level of customer satisfaction.
“We seek to be the trusted choice for local housing, property and community services and I’d personally like to thank everyone who has helped us achieve this.”
Colchester Borough Council Portfolio Holder for Housing Councillor Adam Fox said: “I’d like to thank Colchester Borough Homes for everything they do to help support residents, communities and the Council, to make a better Colchester. In the past year they have shown just how important and valued they are by supporting the community response to Covid-19.
“The AGM allowed us to recognise how the services provided by Colchester Borough Homes are essential to the Borough, as they continue to put residents at the heart of everything they do.”
