Colchester Borough Homes appoints new Chief Executive Officer
Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) has announced the appointment of Philip Sullivan as the organisation’s next CEO. Gareth Mitchell, the current CEO of CBH, will be retiring in May following five years in the role.
Philip Sullivan, the current Chief Executive of Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH) is expected to take up his new role at CBH later this year. He brings with him 20 years of housing experience and working with and supporting Boards and Committees.

CBH Board, staff and stakeholders were impressed with his ability and leadership at interview and his outstanding track record in delivering good quality homes.
We know that he will lead a team that will deliver for residents, inspire staff and work well with the board. I look forward to working closely with Philip to deliver an ambitious strategy for the long term goals of Colchester.’
