Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is hosting a Family Day event at Irvine Road Allotments on Thursday, August 10, from 10am to 4pm.

The event, in association with Greenpath Ventures, is free and open to all families, but there are only 25 spaces for children, so please book your place early.

The day will feature  a variety of fun activities for all ages, including:

• Build your own bird box
• Free BBQ
• Scavenger hunts

There will also be transport available for those who need it.

The event is sponsored by CBH and is part of their commitment to supporting the local community.
