You can pay rent in the usual ways. We can help if you have difficulty making a payment or need support. You can easily check your latest rent balances by visiting (make a payment) or call our automated payment line on 01206 282725. Please have your 8-digit reference number available to proceed

Gas and Electrical Safety Testing

It’s important we carry out gas and electrical testing as this ensures your home is safe and secure. Work is being carried out by key workers with Covid-secure measures.

Maintenance and Repairs

Our repairs team will start looking at the backlog on works reported. Jobs will be completed by the priority or vulnerability of the case. Restrictions are in place for situations where people are not able to isolate.

Letting Homes

We have restrictions on viewings and have social distancing measures in place.

Community Caretakers

Carrying out health and safety checks only.

Home Improvements

We are continuing to carry out Home Improvement works where residents are happy for us to continue to do so at this time. Work is being carried out under Covid-secure measures.
