We are mindful of our duty to promote good governance for our tenants & leaseholders and the wider community of Colchester. We have a range of practice, policies, and governance documents in place to achieve this, alongside our Memorandum & Articles of Association and our Management Agreement with Colchester City Council. Therefore, Colchester Borough Homes has chosen to adopt the National Housing Federation Code of Governance 2020 which is built around the key values that good governance is based upon – accountability, integrity, openness and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
