    2. Please provide further details of your repair, including where the problem is and as much details as you are able to provide.
    3. Please note, details of repairs we DO NOT do as routine for customers:
      o Replacement keys/additional keys to your home
      o Your garden
      o Your own washing lines and posts
      o Shower curtains/rails, shower hose and spray head
      o Disconnecting/reconnecting of cookers, unless owned by the landlord
      o Plumbing in washing machines
      o Toilet seats
      o Sink plugs and chains
      o Bleeding of radiators
      o Extra locks for doors/windows
      o Security chains/spy holes for external doors.
      o Draught proofing outside doors
      o New hot water cylinder jackets
      o Any deliberate or accidental damage – these repairs are subject to the recharge process.
