Performance information

The Colchester Borough Homes  plays a central role in our planning and review cycle and sets out how we will achieve our objectives by way of a number of priorities and projects over the coming years. Our performance is reviewed regularly by Colchester Borough Council and our Board, as well as the CBH Scrutiny Panel which is made up of tenants and leaseholders.
