Ways to pay

For all forms of payment you will need your rent or service charge account number as the payment reference - this is an eight-digit number starting with 800 which is shown on your rent notice letters. 

We have a number of ways you can pay:

For bank transfers, Direct Debit and standing orders you will need your rent reference. The bank account you need to pay into is:

DIRECT DEBIT - The easiest and most convenient way to pay is by direct debit. We offer payment dates of 1, 8, 15, 25 or 29 of the month. You can arrange to pay by completing the form here

Standing Order STANDING ORDER - Choose your payment date and frequency. You can choose to make a regular payment from your bank weekly, fortnightly or monthly. For more information download the form here.


Other ways to pay


BANK - You can pay over the counter at the bank with the payment slips we provide which let you pay by cash even if you do not have a bank account. For details please apply online.
