This section covers your options if you are looking for a place to live. They could include:

· Renting Privately

With home ownership becoming increasingly expensive and social housing (i.e. council and housing association tenancies) becoming increasingly scarce, more and more people are renting their home from a private landlord. This includes families who approach us for help due to the fact that they are homeless or threatened with homelessness.(Where we have a legal duty help to secure accommodation for such a family, we may well look for something in the private rented sector).
