About us

Part of the local business community since 2003, we are an award-winning company providing management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings in the local area, including Colchester Castle and Colchester Town Hall. We offer services to the private, public and non-profit sectors.   

We currently manage and maintain over 7,000 properties in the local area. Current contracts include facilities management for Colchester Castle and Colchester Leisure World. With an annual turnover of £12 million and overseeing further spend of £15 million in 2014/15, we benefit from a 200-strong workforce as well as a trusted network of local suppliers. Our staff includes skilled and qualified surveyors, housing management professionals and other property specialists. Our teams of electricians, plumbers, gas installers, builders, joiners, plasterers and decorators operate from our own depot. Tradespeople are DBS (formerly CRB) checked to offer you peace of mind.
